Return Procedures
If you believe you have got the incorrect item instead of the one you ordered and would like the correct item to be shipped, please contact us and we will supply the correct item. Our courier will collect the incorrect item that was delivered to you. There is no additional cost for the return.
If you believe the item you received is spoiled and no longer usable, please send a return request to our email address. We will ship a better-quality item. Our couriers will collect the spoiled item at no extra charge.
Refund Procedure
If you believe your product has not been delivered, even after a maximum of 15 days. Please contact us for a refund; we will reimburse your money in full. Refunded funds will be reimbursed to your bank/credit card account within 5 business days.
If you believe you have received an incorrect item or that the item sent to you has become spoilt and is no longer usable. In this situation, if you prefer a refund over a return/exchange, please write to us, and our courier person will collect the item; once we inspect the condition of the item when it arrives with us, we will reimburse you 100% of your money, no questions asked. Refunded funds will be reimbursed to your bank/credit card account within 5 business days.
If the customer submits an incorrect or incomplete address, and this causes a delay in delivery, AISHWARYA STORES is not liable. As a result, we ask that you please supply a suitable address as well as contact information.
Policy Cancellation
If you believe you ordered the incorrect item, please contact us within 12 hours after purchase. We will not dispatch the item and will refund your money in full. We will not continue the return policy if you do not send a cancel email within 12 hours after purchase, as the items may have been sent by that time. When cancelling an order, make sure you provide a valid explanation; cancellations without a valid cause will be rejected. We make each item after receiving the order; cancelling any order will have an impact on us. In this regard, we anticipate your cooperation. Refunded funds will be reimbursed to your bank/credit card account within 5 business days.
